I am very happy to have one of my favorite winter photographs published in the brand new magazine, Out There.

This photograph was taken in southern Lapland, Sweden.

From skidoo safaris and cross-country skiing to drinking songs and steaming hot saunas, north Sweden is the perfect winter destination for people of all ages. If you are lucky, you might even see some amazing things, like the spectacular northern lights or a family of moose crossing the road. I love this place because it is the most peaceful and tranquil environment to explore.

My favorite time of day is around 1pm when the sun sets over the vast, white, fairytale landscape – it is then I hunt the golden light with my camera.
